It seems to me that in Today's local economy in Florida Keys,  is going to do one of two things: either remain the same or continue to go down . so you see, waiting just doesn't help, does it? May be you're saying that because you're really not committed to move in Florida Keys or Move TO an area where your family, friends are.  How would you know that waiting for the market to come back is not the best idea for you?
